A&R Jewellery
Ryan and Angela met at the Saskatoon Farmer’s Market in 1997. He admired the crowds that flocked to purchase her latest creations, and she couldn’t get enough of his divine tomatoes that sold out before noon. They married in 2001 and spent ten years rocking parallel businesses at the Market.

In 2007 they took on a new adventure, merging talents to create A&R Jewellery. Moving to Creston, B.C. their silversmithing studio was born in their hillside house, across from vineyards and orchards. Inspired by the mountain vistas and rocky shores of the valley’s lakes, their jewellery designs flourished. Eleven years later, their silversmithing has evolved and transformed, almost instinctively with the changing of the seasons.
Angela began her journey as a soapstone sculpture, training under the guidance of renown Inuit sculptor, Gilbert Hay at the Banff School of Fine Arts. If you find yourself in Hong Kong look for her sculpture in the Canadian Embassy, purchased in 1996. She made the natural progression to silversmithing and has over twenty years of experience. Additional studies include: Mokum Gane, fold forming, cold connections, chain maille and reticulation.
